Natalie Thorp I received the box and upon opening there were multiple broken stems and petals all over the bottom of the box. The flowers were shriveled. I immediately wrote to the company and asked to return for a refund. No response. I followed up three days later. Still no response. I am going to have to reverse the charge through my credit card and company. More than $400 for the bouquet and this is unacceptable.
